To schedule a VA appointment, speak with a triage nurse, refill prescriptions, contact care in the community, request a COVID-19 test or vaccine, please call the VA Call Center at 888-397-8387.

You can also use MyHealtheVet (https://www.myhealth.va.gov/mhv-portal-web/user-login) secure messaging to contact your care team, check your appointment times, and refill your medications.

Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic has Moved

In July 2021, the new Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic, located at 8921 South Mingo Road. in Tulsa, opened its doors for Veterans in Eastern Oklahoma. The 41st clinic, formerly located at 9322 East 41st Street, closed on August 6. In addition, the Audiology Clinic, formerly located at the Tulsa Eleventh Street VA Clinic, also moved to the new Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic.
